Musician shares the secret to his success

He believes life is all about pursuing dreams regardless of the challenges one would face in that regard.

Nigerian artiste, Flavour N'abania

Speaking to Amanda Jissih on GhOne’s E-Talk, Flavour said he was optimistic of becoming a great musician and therefore worked towards that.

“One thing about dreams is that, when you start, you just have to keep pushing until you get there. It is not about what’s happening now; it’s about where you are going. I always knew that the future was going to be bright. All I just needed was to keep working because that’s what will determine how bright the future will be. And also, with God by your side, you have everything,” he said.

Flavour advised his colleagues to accept criticisms in order to grow.

According to him, one must not always focus on the positive things being said about them but should be interested in the negative so as to work on their weaknesses.

“The secret is you as an artiste should be ready to accept tribulations as part of the whole game. If you want to move forward in life, you have to always accept positivity and negativity. If you only want to accept positivity, then you are not being real to yourself… I have always hoped for the best though sometimes, it doesn’t come that way. I keep pushing,” he noted.

Flavour is known for his hit songs, Nwa Baby, Chinny Baby, and Ada Ada.
