Singer Says TV Host, Stacy Used Her To Promote The 'Restoration' Show

Mzbel declared recently in an interview on the ‘Restoration with Stacy' show, that she did not believe in Jesus Christ because the stories about Him were made up.

Mzbel was chastised by a lot of people after the video of the interview went viral. But the singer believes that if anyone is to be insulted, it should rather be the host of the show and not her. She argued that after all, Stacy was the one who asked her the question.

According to Mzbel, Stacy knew perfectly well that she did not believe in Jesus Christ but went ahead to ask her anyways. She added that Stacy did that on purpose so she can draw attention to her program and promote the show.

“She is one of my close friends who know that I don’t believe in Jesus Christ. I believe only in the God of Israel.  She knew I would say no before asking me the question; it was like an ambush and she used that bit to promote the show to draw attention to it”, Mzbel told the Graphic Showbiz.

The “Legelege” singer also added that she even asked for that part of the interview to be edited because she knew people with other believes might not take it well but Stacy and her managers ignored her request.
