Troubled 20-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber who has been in and out of trouble with the law, made an emotional and thought-provoking apology to fans in a video he posted on social media on Wednesday.

The video comes hours after Bieber taped an episode on the ‘Ellen Show’. He poured his heart out in the video as he apologized to his fans for his arrogant behaviours and that he is covering up his true feelings for the past years.

“I just wanted to make a video because I wanted to express how I feel right now,” Justin began in the video posted to his Twitter account.

The Canadian pop star added that he had been on The Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier that day and “was really nervous.”

'I think I was nervous because I was afraid of what people are thinking about, about me right now,' Justin disclosed

“I just felt awkward up there. I felt like people were judging me, and I really want people to know how much I care, how much I care about people, and how I’m not that person to say, "I don’t give a f***," you know? I’m not that kid.

“I’m a person who genuinely cares. And although what’s happened in the past has happened, I just want to make the best impression on people and be kind and loving and gentle and soft.

“And although people can call me a "softy," that’s how my mom raised me.'

The pop singer had also tweeted to Ellen, writing, “Good seeing u today @TheEllenShow. Happy birthday! Sorry I was so nervous,” Ellen replied in a tweet saying, “You were perfect. Thanks for surprising me!”

Justin on the show told Ellen: “I think it’s just cool to be able to laugh at yourself so. I’ve done some things. That might not of been the greatest. I just want to be able to ya know. And kind of just kind own up to some of the things”.
