Childless woman sets up $300,000 trust fund for cats

While some people die intestate, some have their properties taken over by greedy family members, leaving the vulnerable children to the mercy of harsh living conditions.
But Ellen Frey-Wouter who died at the age of 88 with no child to inherit her $3 million estate, willed all her properties to her two cats, Troy and Tiger.

Guess how she shared the properties between the cats in her will.
She said $300,000 of her estate should go to a trust fund for her two cats.
All of their food, grooming, veterinary care and other expenses are covered by the trust fund. They are now cared for by two of Frey-Wouter's former health care aides.
Frey-Wouter’s story is not completely unprecedented though. In 2013, a Tennessee man named Leon Sheppard Sr. reportedly willed his $250,000 fortune and his 4,270-square foot home in a gated community to his cats, Frisco and Jake, instead of any of his five children, 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
