Robbers dig tunnel under bank, make away with $482,000
The robbers took their activities to a level beyond human comprehension when they dug a big channel under the bank which enable them undertake the robbery.

The robbers took their activities to a level beyond human comprehension when they dug a big channel under the bank which enable them undertake the robbery.
It is not clear how long it took the criminals to dig the hole, but police said “They broke into two safes…it is believed they used oxy-acytelene flames to drill holes into them.”

According to allafrica.com, the bank manager narrated to the police that he had found that cash had been stolen from two of the bank’s vault early Monday morning.
When news about the unconventional robbery broke, most customers of the bank reportedly thronged the bank’s premises obviously out of worry about their monies with the bank, but could not have access because the premises had been cordoned off by police officers and investigators.
However, the bank assured its customers that “There is no cause for alarm. Customers seeking to transact can do so at any other KCBbranch or access services through our mobile and Internet banking platforms.”.
