Woman cuts off boyfriend’s penis, tells police she has no regrets for the act

Police said Johanny Diaz had been staying with the victim in a cabin in the city of Puerto Plata, in Dominican Republic, when she committed the bloody attack.
Daily Mail reported that Johanny Diaz attempted absconding after the crime, but it is unclear how the police got to know of her act and quickly apprehended her.

Police said the couple had earlier had a fierce argument suspected to be leading to a breakup of their relationship.
Johanny Diaz is reported to have told police during interrogation that she had no regrets at all for having cut off the penis of Samuel Ventura Garcia, claiming he had mistreated her. She further claimed that the victim had forced her to be with him against her will.
According to Africanspotlight.com, a report by the director general of the National Police indicated that Samuel Ventura Garcia was rushed to the nearby Hospital Dr Ricardo Limardo where he underwent initial treatment. He was later transferred to a private health centre in Puerto Plata.
Meanwhile doctors working on the re-implantation of Samuel’s manhood have hinted that they may be compelled to transfer him to Santiago in the north of the country for an advanced treatment if it becomes necessary.
