Ghanaian music lovers and some stakeholders have put Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) and President Bice Osei Kuffour on a blast after failing to draw massive attendance to its 2017 Ghana Music Week Festival held at the Independence Square on Friday (March 10).

Despite billing top artistes including Samini, Jupitar, A.K Songstress, MzVee, Ras Kuuku, Knii Lante to perform at the Reggae/Dancehall & Hiplife Nite, the event organised by the MUSIGA, could not attract even 30 patrons.

A video from the event grounds by GhanaWeb showed less than 30 people around the venue when the event started at about 11pm, although the scheduled start time was 6pm.
