  1. Cans white meat tuna packed in water, drained

  2. Minced celery

  3. Minced red onion, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes and drained

  4. Minced flat-leaf parsley

  5. Prepared mayonnaise

  6. Whole-grain mustard

  7. Freshly ground black pepper

  8. Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method

  1. In a small mixing bowl break up the tuna with a fork.

  2. Toss with the celery, onion, and parsley.

  3. Add the mayonnaise, mustard and season with pepper, to taste. Stir to combine.

  4. Add lemon juice, to taste, if using.
