Ingredients

  1. Tomatoes, chopped
  2. Onion, chopped
  3. Avocado, diced
  4. Teaspoons of olive oil
  5. Teaspoons of lime juice
  6. Salt
  7. Cucumber,sliced
  8. Black pepper
  9. Cilantro

Directions

  1. Place chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, sliced onion, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro into a large salad bowl.
  2.  Drizzle with 2 teaspoons of olive oil and 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
  3. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Toss 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
  5. Serve
