Afrobeats act reveals how much he paid for “Total Cheat” video

According to Fancy Gadam, it's expensive to shoot with David Nicol-sey but it worth it.

Fancy Gadam, who was adjudged “Best New Artist of the Year” at the recent Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, has been making waves with his classic new video and people are wondering how much it cost him to shoot.

People are eager to find out because the video director, David Nicol-Sey Jnr is perceived to be very expensive when working with him.

Answering the question about the cost involved in “Total Cheat” video, Fancy Gadam told Pulse.com.gh that he spent nothing less than GHC 50,000 (equivalent to US$11,000).

“Frankly speaking, the video cost me a lot. It cost me roughly GHC50,000,” Fancy revealed.

Speaking about his working relationship with David Nicol-Sey, Fancy said he is ‘dope’ and delivers when paid.

“Trust me, that guy is dope. He wouldn’t take your money and spend – he will take your money and work for you.”
