One of Ghana’s most successful Afropop stars, Adolf Tagoe, has stated that his songs promote a healthy living.

According to the “Kakalika” hitmaker, his songs, which are mostly fast-tempo, help listeners to dance hence promoting a healthy health.

“My songs are mostly danceable. My songs help people to move their body and dance so, in one way or the other, they are exercising,” Adolf told Pulse.com.gh in an exclusive interview.

“Dance is another form of exercise. When dancing, you move your body. You don’t stay at one place so it’s an exercise,” Adolf Tagoe concluded.
