Late Adam Mahama's family attack Paul Afoko's family

The Late Adams Mahama's family came to court in a bus from Bolgatanga

 

Family of the late NPP Upper East regional chairman, Adams Mahama today besieged the Cocoa Affairs Court in Accra to attack the family of NPP national chairman Paul Afoko.

A bail application was being heard at the court when the the family members stormed the premise in a bus.

Gregory Afoko, brother of NPP chairman Paul Afoko has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder and murder in the death of Adam Mahama. Adam Mahama died in May after an acid attack.

Forensic test by the Ghana Standards Authority has shown that, burns found on the clothes retrieved by the police from Gregory Afoko were caused by acid.

Pulse.com.gh has learnt that one of the sisters of Paul Afoko was attacked before journalists and onlookers intervened. A family member of Adams Mahama also collapsed in the process.

Meanwhile the the human rights court has dismissed the application for bail by lawyers for Gregory Afoko.
