How Anas Aremeyaw Anas took over Ghanaian social media

Social media has been filled with mixed reaction on the Anas expose, but no matter your take on the issue, it's extensive reach made it one of the biggest trending issues on social media. A reign that was climaxed by the public viewing of the said video.

 

Indisputably, the Anas expose that apparently captures the grave corrupt nature of Ghanaian judges, took the nation by storm.

Local "vigilante" investigative journalist did what he was best know for, cause panic and fear amongst every public institution in Ghana with yet another undercover act prone to reshape the way Ghanaians see the judiciary forever. This said video aptly named "Ghana In The Eyes of God" became the talk of social media for days.

Whereas some people praised the journalist and his team, Tiger Eye, for a good job done...

Other sought to question his methods and means of obtaining his footage...

With some questioning his source of funding and the interests of his sponsors amongst other things

However, despite the numerous injunction attempts by the some of various judges named in the expose, the Tiger Eye team and leader Anas Aremeyaw Anas, were able to stage a public viewing of the said video today (22.09.15).

Prior to the release of the video, social media was again at it's heights of support for his work; with some people actually donning their crude versions of the famous disguise Anas wears to speak to the public.

As expected, turnout of the initial viewing of the said video at the Accra International Conference was a massive one.

And the reactions started streaming in from the various thoughtleaders, including Ghanaian on-screen heartthrob, John Dumelo.
