Sixty eight police officers in the rank of Superintendents of Police (Supt.) have been promoted to the rank of Chief Superintendent of Police (C/Supt.).

One Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) has been promoted to Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCOP) and another Chief Superintendent of Police (C/Supt.) has also been promoted to the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP).
They are:
Ms Patience Ashokor Quaye has been promoted from C/Supt. to ACP whiles Mr Edward Tabiri has also been promoted from ACP to DCOP.
