The governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) has said that Nana Addo and the opposition NPP has never introduced any good idea for the development of the country.

The National Organiser of the NDC Kofi Adams said because the NPP lacks ideas they (the NDC) have never copied anything from them. He also said their 2016 manifesto is the party’s original idea.

Speaking on Accra-based Joy FM Kofi Adams said: He was responding to the NPP’s allegations that the NDC has stolen the ideas from the NPP to use as its campaign message.

“Nana Addo has never come out with any such good ideas. Nana Addo is talking about one dam one village. He doesn’t see the difference… at least the president taught him the difference.”

At a press conference on Wednesday, the NPP argued that the manifesto highlights delivered by President Mahama are ideas they stole from the NPP.

They mentioned that President Mahama only promised to create five more administrative regions after Nana Addo promised to carve a new region out of the Western Region.

Another example the NPP gave was that Nana Akufo-Addo promised to have District/Municipal Chief Executives elected only for President Mahama to say same during the delivery of his manifesto highlights.

But Kofi Adams reiterated that the NDC will never copy any idea from the NPP because they do not have any idea worth copying.
