Ghana goalie Razak Brimah joins Mamelodi Sundowns
Razak Braimah has sealed a move to the champions of Africa on free transfer.

The 30-year-old passed his medical on Monday, before putting pen to paper to return to the African continent.
The club have released an official statement to confirm completing the signing of Razak Braimah on a free transfer.
“Razak, who has played for the Ghana national team, and played in the epic Africa Cup of Nations final against Ivory Coast which Ghana lost 9-8, has joined the Brazilians on a five year contract.

“The 30 year old has played most of his career in Portugal and Spain, with his last club being Córdoba FC.
“He joins Denis Onyango, Kennedy Mweene and Thela Ngobeni on the goalkeeper roster following the departure of Wayne Sandilands.
“With the intensity of participating on several fronts, domestic and continental, bolstering the goalkeeping position was critical for coach Pitso Mosimane, and the experience of Razak will come in handy on the continental stage. He has conceded for goals in the nine games he represented Ghana.”
Razak Brimah struggled to get much playing time with Cordoba and had to move on in order to be regular in post.
His lack of inactivity at club level even cost him a place in the Black Stars when James Kwesi Appiah took charge of the team.

He has however, been presented with an opportunity to win the heart of the Black Stars boss.
But Brimah has a difficult task at hand since he needs to compete with Denis Onyango, who is the first choice goalkeeper of the Black Stars.
