Techiman City eliminate Aduana Stars

Techiman City made a massive comeback from two goals down before winning on penalties to eliminate Aduana Stars from the MTN FA Cup

The game was a regional derby as the two sides thrilled the fans who trek to the Techiman Park for the second-tier club football competition in Ghana.

Aduana Stars in the first department registered the first goal courtesy Bright Adjei’s sublime strike. Richard Mpong doubled the away side lead in the second half.

Late in the game, Techiman City produced one of the greatest come-backs in the weekend as Stephen Manu and Baba Mahama cancelled Aduana Stars’ two goals with the game being decided by penalty shoo-out which was won by Techiman City.
