Ghana's AFCON opponent undertake morning drills as preparation intensify

The Cranes of Uganda have begun intensive residential camping as they prepare for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON)

27 players were part of the Aerobic session held at the Paradise Fitness Gym and later through ball work at Kabira Country Club in Bukoto.

Players attended the gym and ball work drills under the close supervision of head coach, Milutin Sredejovic, his two assistants Moses Basena and Fred Kajoba (Goalkeeping coach), the team medical gurus Ronald Kisolo and Ivan Ssewanyana with the team manager, Chrispus Muyinda and the National Team’s Officer Patrick Ntege.

After the ball work session at Bukoto, they entered the camp at Serene Suites in Mutundwe-the same Hotel used when played Comoros on 4th September.
