The Police in Tamale have arrested a Tamale based Radio Presenter, Akumbita Jacob for
Reports indicate that Jacob, known on radio as DJ Razzle allegedly raped the married woman [name withheld] in the studios of 123FM on January 21, 2018.

An official complaint was lodged with the DOVVSU in Tamale leading to the arrest of the suspect on Wednesday, January 31, 2018.

He was arrested by personnel of the Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU).
Police confirmed the incident and said the investigation is ongoing.
