Popularly referred to as the City of Lights and unarguably one of the most visited cities in the world, Paris has long been regarded as the cradle of sophistication and of course, fine dining.

The images provided by Galerie Argentic show the city as it was pre-World War II, featuring such popular spots like Pont Neuf, Champs Elysee and of course the Eiffel Tower. All of which still remain hugely popular to this day.
