The All People’s Congress (APC) has set the first week of September to launch its national campaign and unveil its vice presidential candidate ahead of the 2016 presidential and parliamentary elections.

Hasan Ayariga, the flag bearer of APC said the manifesto will be based on primary and secondary research into the country’s economy.
The campaign launch will be an opportunity for Ghanaians to get on board and join in improving the fortunes of the country.
Parliamentary candidates in all the 275 constituencies in the country will also be unveiled.
The candidates are expected to become the campaign directors for the party in the various constituencies.

APC was provisionally certified by the Electoral Commission of Ghana in February, a few days after its formation.
Mr. Ayariga established APC after losing the presidential primaries of the People’s National Convention to former candidate Dr Edward Nasigre Mahama.
