Out of the 14 regional results, seven have been certified.
In the Volta Region, John Mahama of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) polled 606,508 votes while Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo polled 100,481 votes.
The remaining seven results are going through the certification process.
The two outstanding regions are Bono East and Northern.
