Christian Atsu has scored his first goal for Chelsea’s U-21 side in a 5-0 win over Queens Park Rangers on Tuesday.
His international teammate, Baba Rahman, also started for the Blues. Guus Hiddink was present at Cobham, Chelsea’s training ground, to monitor the two Ghanaians.
Atsu returned to his parent Club after an unsuccessful spell with fellow English side Bournemouth. His stint with Bournemouth was ruined by injuries could only make three competitive appearances for the Cherries.
Atsu has been training with the blues for the past two weeks in his quest to secure first team action at the Club.
