<h1>They say most Ghanaian men love women with big boobs. I do not have any survey results to support this but I have seen quite a number of men and women who are fascinated by my boobs. </h1>

Particularly on days I have shown a little bit of cleavage.

They are fair a little bit hairy and full.&nbsp;I love the transition from my de'collete' to my breasts but that is about all I like about this very integral part of my body.

A lot of my friends who read this will not be surprised I am writing this. I am sure they are tired of all the complaints about my breast and how they treats me.

I have big boobs! I am not going to disclose the size but they are big. They fit my body shape and size at least that is what everyone says but I feel otherwise.

If there is any part of my body I would gladly trade it is my breasts.

I am not pretending to be speaking for all women who have big breasts. I can only stand in my truth and speak for myself. Having a big breast for me is hell and maybe some of you ladies who are in similar situations can relate.

This is the truth you didn’t know about having big boobs and have it takes to carry and maintain them.

Back pain – If most ladies with big boobs will be honest the pressure the two melons put on your back is unbearable to say the least. I have chronic back pain associated with my breast. I try to ease the pain with some back exercises but this is not always helpful.

If you want to hold the babies firmly on your chest you obviously need a very good brazier. These day most braziers have metal wire underneath them. This gives the necessary support the breasts need to sit firmly on the chest. Those wires press on the chest as a result of the weight of the breasts and you are left with bruises under your breast where the wires lie. Yep this is reality!

Put on an uncomfortable brazier and you can kiss your day good bye. Choosing the perfect bra size is everything. But for people like me this is not so easy. It is hard to get the size that fits to perfection.

Going about your day and feeling like you have two weights pulling your shoulders down is not a great feeling. You need to pull the brazier straps tighter so the breasts can be held in the position you want them to be. Those are the sacrifices which need to be made by women with big heavy breasts. . Yes it is not an easy task but we do it.

There are certain dresses I don’t wear because of my breasts. I cannot wear a bustier dress or a dress which has very thin straps. That is just me. It is because keeping the breasts comfortable enough in a strapless brazier or in a bustier is hard enough for me so I stay away.

Thumbs up to all the women who are able to pull it off and make having big breasts look effortless. But truth is, it is not an easy one.

When you love to travel like me, but you have a back and shoulder pains you are always thinking of ways to travel light.  Guess what? You can still travel light even if your joints are healthy no need to carry heavy stuff around on your trips.

It makes moving from one place to the other easy plus your luggage never becomes a burden to carry. When you travel light you are able to manage the additional items you buy from your travel destination.

Like I said early on since it is almost imperative for me to ravel light I researched into how to travel light and it’s been helpful. So, I am going to share what I do with you.

Always prepare a list of all you will need for your trip. Do this two weeks to the date of travel. This lets you know exactly what is needed. It also gives you time to think through what really do not need. So I normally put everything I think I will need for the trip and then start taking some out as the date nears.

Limit yourself to one shirt, one trousers, shorts or skirt per day. Select neutral colours- say black, brown or dark-blue which will allow you to match all your tops. Add one cardigan to fight cold weather.

If where you are going allows you to wash your clothes do so, so that you can wear the same clothes multiple times.

Consider the type of shoes your vacation requires. Take shoes that are light in weight.

Make use of the space on your shoes by packing some items in them. Your shoes can hold items like your underwear, socks and some of your shorts r skirts and even some of your toiletries

Buy travel size toiletries such as a small size of toothpaste, soap tissue paper etc.

When you apply these the weight of your luggage is the last thing you will think about when travelling.
