<h1>Everyone has, at least once, been told of how their circle of friends tends to grow smaller as they grow older.</h1>

Priorities change over time, people grow – some together while others apart. It’s just part of life.

While it was comforting to know that one’s friend count would go beyond 10 people at some point, after some time having two friends didn’t seem like the worst thing in the world.

1.Quality of friendship is better

Quality always trumps quantity. And this applies to friendships as well. It is hard to maintain a close, meaningful friendship with thirty people. How do you even keep track?

3.You can be yourself

Sometimes having a big circle of friends tends to put pressure on someone to be a person that they aren’t. You feel like you have to keep up appearances or act a certain way because that’s the way someone in your group carries themselves.

A small circle of friends doesn’t have such pressures. You can be yourself and not worry whether your dress is fancy enough for the squad.

4.You truly know who’s got your back

A recent review by fitness equipment review site known as FitRated.com, has found that gym equipment is more likely to have more bacteria than a toilet. Yikes!

27 pieces of equipment from three gym chains were sampled and it was discovered that:

Free weights had an average of more than 1.1 million colony-forming units per square inch, which when compared to toilets is well, a lot.

You will find 172 colony-forming units per square inch on an average toilet seat. This is according to the National Sanitation Foundation.

Basically, rubbing down your equipment before or after a work out may give you some piece of mind.

Plus, sexting helps with the build up to actually having sex.

If you feel like what you want may be too freaky, then start small and let it build up. Try hand cuffs and then eventually move on to blind folds and see how your partner reacts to that.

6.Never forget your partner

“While women typically respond best to a slow sexual approach, the truth is, sometimes men want to just “get after it” when they feel the urge. With a body full of testosterone, they are sexual kindling to the sexual stimuli all around, and it can be discouraging when they have a female partner who cannot fathom what it feels like to ignite instantaneously.”
