NEW YORK — For Tracy Pollan, Sundays are about enjoying the city. “We’re super active as a family and get out and explore,” she said. Pollan also likes to spend time with her mother, Corky, and her sisters, Dana and Lori, with whom she wrote “Mostly Plants: 101 Delicious Flexitarian Recipes From the Pollan Family,” a cookbook published in April. A follow-up to their first project, “The Pollan Family Table,” the new book is a collection of plant-centric recipes, most of which can be prepared in 35 minutes or less.

Pollan, 58, lives on Manhattan’s Upper East Side with her husband, actor Michael J. Fox, 57, their daughter, Esme, 17, and their Great Dane mutt, Gus. Their son, Sam, 29, lives in Los Angeles, and their twin daughters, Aquinnah and Schuyler, 23, live in downtown Manhattan.

DESIGNER COFFEE: Normally, I’m up between 6 and 6:30, but on Sundays, I allow myself to sleep in and don’t get out of bed before 8. Michael is awake by 6:30. The first thing I do is make a cup of coffee in our Jura coffee machine. It was a huge splurge, but I use it four times a day so it was worth the investment. I also make Michael a cup.

ENDORPHIN RUSH: I’ll head to Central Park for a 45-minute run. If it’s too cold, I’ll go to the gym in our building and do a mix of the treadmill, elliptical and some weights. I obsessively watch the news when I’m exercising, usually “This Week” and MSNBC.

BAGELS, EGGS, LOX: By the time I’m done working out and showering, Esme is up, and one of the other kids is usually hanging around. We all head out for brunch. Russ &amp; Daughters is a go-to. It’s such a New York experience. I get the sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese and sometimes with lox. We get the potato knishes for the table. Michael is also a creature of habit and gets scrambled eggs and lox, and Esme gets a bagel like me. To drink, we have coffee and orange juice. If we’re not there, we go to Sarabeth’s. I love their veggie omelets.

ART WALK: We love going to museums, and we hit one of the many great ones in the city right after brunch. There is always a new exhibit to see. We last saw Hilma af Klint at the Guggenheim and the Liliana Porter show at El Museo del Barrio. which was funny and made me smile. And we hit Andy Warhol, too, at the Whitney. The twins and Esme usually join us, and we’ll spend an hour or two at whatever museum we’re at. Afterward, we’ll walk around the neighborhood and window shop and people watch.

WINE AND CHEESE: A lot of times, we’ll host a big family dinner. Before, we gather in our living room and open wine. It tends to be a chardonnay from France or California or a vermentino from Italy. We say cheers to each other and nibble on some cheese and crackers while we drink. I buy our cheeses from Eli’s, which has an amazing selection, and on Sundays, I put out four kinds.

VEGGIE-CENTRIC DINNER: More often than not, my mom, sisters and I all cook together. Our meals are very vegetable forward. There’s always a big salad, and it’s a fun one with nuts and seeds and lettuces. We do a roasted vegetable like Brussels sprouts or cauliflower and a grain like potatoes or rice or couscous. For protein, my mom makes an amazing roasted chicken or we make a chicken stew from our first cookbook.

IT’S A FAMILY AFFAIR: Around 7,we’ll sit down around our dining table and enjoy a nice, leisurely meal where we chat, laugh and connect with each other. We are all so busy during the week, and this is our time to catch up. Afterward, we all clean up together. One of the guys will usually park himself by the sink and wash the big dishes.

MIXED MEDIA: When everyone is gone, I sit on our couch and read the Sunday Times. I get through most sections. Style, Book Review and Sunday Review are my favorites. Michael and I also turn on the news again and catch up on what happened that day. We are both news junkies.

EARLY BEDTIME: I climb into bed around 9:30 and watch the news some more. Then, Michael and I will watch a show like “Escape At Dannemora” on Showtime, which is unbelievably engaging. Michael is a night owl and will stay up until 1 or later, but not me. By 10:30, I’m struggling to stay awake.

An Art Walk, a Run, Some Chardonnay

NEW YORK — In 2018, Residente, the Puerto Rican rapper, writer and producer, won the Grammy for Best Latin Rock, Urban or Alternative Album. The recording took him two years to complete, as he visited 11 countries, including Ghana and China, to research and play the music of his diverse heritage.

For Residente’s next album, to be released this fall, he collaborated with scientists. This summer, fans got a taste of it with the release of the single “Bellacoso, a medley of hip-hop and Caribbean beats featuring Puerto Rican singer Bad Bunny.

Residente, 41, took some time away from New York this summer to help lead the protests in Puerto Rico, which called for the governor to resign (he did). He lives in Chelsea with his girlfriend, Kasia Marciniak, 21, who is studying English literature at the New School.

KISS My alarm goes off sometime between 11 and noon, but I’m usually out of bed closer to noon. I go to bed at 5 a.m., but I don’t really sleep. I toss and turn thinking about my work. Kasia is still sleeping. The first thing I do is give her a kiss.

CHELSEA MORNING I don’t drink coffee and start off my day with a big glass of room temperature water instead. I used to cook, but life and work have gotten so crazy that I recently hired a chef. Her name is Chelsea, and she cooks super-healthy food the way I like to eat. She spoils me with a big breakfast on Sundays. It could be a spicy tofu scramble with avocado toast or poached eggs with cauliflower hash browns. No matter what I’m eating, I always have a green juice and a bowl of berries.

FAMILY AFFAIR I call my label manager at Sony Latin, my career manager, publicist and my brother, Gabriel, who is my creative director. We discuss my upcoming appearances, concert schedule and soon-to-be released songs. In between calls, I look at and reply to the WhatsApp chat with my entire family including my mom, five sisters and three other brothers. I’m the only one who doesn’t live in Puerto Rico. We’re all very connected.

BEER RUN Even though I’m into healthy eating, I can’t live without beer. Drinking it helps me concentrate on my music. I walk to Carmine Street Beers downtown and pick up Tripel Karmeliet, my favorite kind. It’s from Belgium, and it’s strong but easy to digest.

I’M IN THE ZONE Both Kasia and I spend the afternoon writing. She loves to write short stories and movie scripts as a hobby and is super-talented. I work on my songs. I settle on the couch with a bottle of beer, put on sound-canceling headphones and get in a zone. It’s hard for me to focus, but once I get into it, I am unaware of anything else around me. I can sit for hours and write. This is when my best work happens. It was during one of these afternoons when I wrote “Bellacoso.”

STRONGER I go to Equinox in the late afternoon and either work out on my own or with a trainer. If I’m by myself, I run fast on the treadmill for 20 minutes and do weights. With my trainer, I do a mix of heavy and light weights. Since I’ve just worked out, I stay in the healthy zone by eating a big salad or something else light.

IT’S ELECTRIC The studio I love to record my songs at is called Electric Lady. It’s in the West Village, and I walk there. In fact, I walk almost everywhere — it’s a good way to get in extra steps. Depending on where I am in my album, I might be recording words or musical instruments. I’m usually there around three hours.

CEREAL REMIX By the time I’m back, it’s around 11. Given the hour, I don’t want a heavy meal, but I am hungry. There’s no Chelsea around at this time, so I have a bowl of cereal with almond milk. It’s either Cheerios or Raisin Bran.

THE CARD CHEAT Kasia and I are both into the card game Uno and get really competitive with each other. We keep track of how many games each of us has won. Right now, she has won 249, and I have won 220. It’s incredibly relaxing and a good stress relief for both us. We don’t argue about anything in our relationship, but when it comes to Uno, that changes. I’m convinced she is cheating, and she tells me that I’m the cheater.

SLEEP-DEPRIVED We end the day with TV in bed and snack on salted peanuts. I was really into “Game of Thrones” but haven’t really found a show since that I love. But I did start watching “The Sopranos” since I’ve never seen it, and I’m liking it so far. Sometime between 3 and 5, I lie down, but like I said, I don’t really get a lot of sleep. Kasia, she’s out like a light.

How Residente Spends His Sundays

Stewart is the artist in residence at the Freehold, a gastro pub and lounge in Williamsburg, where paintings are on display that he worked on when he had cancer. “They show different stages of my emotions,” he said. Stewart, 34, lives in Bushwick, Brooklyn, with his black cat, Ella, and a roommate, Matthew Carbognin, 25, who works in international sales.

EARLIER THAN USUAL

Most people sleep in on Sundays. I wake up earlier than my usual 10:30 and make myself get out of bed at 9. I have lots of housework to do today, but I also want to make sure that I have enough time to paint, so I push myself to get up. I’m British so I can’t start my day without a big cup of PG Tips tea, which I’ve been drinking since I was a kid.

KALE IS EVEN DELICIOUS

Tea in, I whip out my NutriBullet and make a green juice with spinach, kale, turmeric and different berries. I never juiced or was into healthy eating until I got cancer, but I learned about the power of superfoods and following a good diet and have been into juicing ever since. I totally lost my taste buds while I was battling it and feel blessed that they came back. Anything I can eat or drink tastes delicious to me.

It’s annoying, but I spend at least an hour and a half on Sundays doing all my laundry. I wash my clothes, sheets and towels. Luckily, my building has a laundry room, and in between washing, drying and folding my clothes, I go back to my apartment and multitask by cleaning the living room, bathroom and my bedroom.

A lot of artists work from home, but I like the idea of having a studio where I’m only surrounded by my art and have no other distractions. I found a great little space in an artist’s loft that’s just a 10-minute walk from my apartment. I’ll head there midday and immerse myself in painting for at least a few hours. So much of my work is inspired by hip-hop music so I always have hip-hop playing in the background. Maybe something by J Dilla, Biggie, Kendrick Lamar, Nas, Kiefer or Madlib.

Somewhere around 2:30, I’ll get hungry and get some sort of food. There’s this great place called Hana Natural where I’ll pick up a sandwich, usually chicken with avocado, tomatoes, onions and lettuce or a tuna melt. The avocado is another healthy food I added to my diet after cancer.

With my stomach full, I’m back at my canvas. Normally I paint late into the night, but on Sundays, I’ll leave my evenings free to meet up with friends and wrap up by early evening. The thing about my art is that hours go by without me even realizing it. I just get into a zone, kind of like meditation, but with loud hip-hop playing.

BEER WITH FRIENDS

Somewhere around 6, I’ll hop on the subway and head to Freehold to see my friends. A lot of them are also artists, and we’re all a tight community. Whoever is around shows up, and we’ll all order beers, sit around and catch up. I love a good beer but don’t drink as much as I used to before I got sick. I can’t give it up entirely though. What fun would that be? The other guys might order fries or burgers, but I avoid eating in public. The way I eat since I lost my teeth and tongue is different. I can chew but may have to use my hands to move the food in my mouth. It looks odd to anyone, and I’m embarrassed about doing it in front of others, even my friends. I am trying to get more comfortable with it though.

When I’m back home sometime after 8, I’ll chill out on the couch and cuddle with Ella. Eventually, I’ll make some spaghetti with Bolognese sauce for dinner. I may also sauté some spinach and have some juice that’s left over from the morning. After eating, I’ll turn on Netflix or Hulu and watch a show or a movie. I’m into British shows like this laugh-out-loud comedy called “Peep Show.” Around 1 a.m., I’ll make my way into my bedroom and go to sleep.

How Amar Stewart, hip-hop painter and cancer survivor, spends his Sundays

NEW YORK — Three years ago, British-born painter Amar Stewart, who has portrayed hip-hop artists dressed as 17th-century aristocrats, battled Stage 4 skin cancer. He lost part of his tongue, 11 teeth and lymph nodes in the process. He’s had operations since then to be able to speak again, while continuing to work full time as a painter.

Burtka’s first cookbook, “Life Is A Party,” a collection of recipes and tips on entertaining, was published in April. Harris, 46, recently gave a character-stretching performance in the Netflix show, “A Series of Unfortunate Events.”

The couple also coproduced the documentary, “Wig,” which traces the history and influence of “Wigstock,” an annual drag festival that had a 20-year run in Manhattan’s East Village. The film will have its premiere Tuesday on HBO.

Harris and Burtka live with their son, Gideon; their daughter, Harper; and a dog named Gidget, in Harlem.

PANCAKE BAR Neil Patrick Harris: The kids usually wake us up between 6:30 and 7. David and I get out of bed together, and we all head downstairs. Before anything, we use our Jura machine to make ourselves espressos. David Burtka: Harper is into making pancakes and uses a recipe I wrote. The secret ingredient is vanilla. Gideon whips up slow scrambled eggs with herbs, and I make sausage or bacon. I set up a pancake bar with toppings like syrup, lemon curd, peanut butter and powdered sugar.

LIFE SKILLS, VIA PIANO DB: Gideon and Harper are into playing on the iPad. As much we try to limit it, we allow them to use it on Sundays. Both love “Hay Day,” a farming game where you advance by planting crops. NPH: While one plays, their piano teacher, Michael Lapinsky, gives the other a lesson. I played piano when I was growing up, and I think it teaches you a lot beyond melody. You learn about rhythm and manual dexterity. It can be frustrating to learn, and working through frustration is a good skill to have. They didn’t love it at first, but as they’re getting better, they’re starting to enjoy it more.

SCREENS, MACHINES DB: While they’re occupied, I do a Peloton workout in our basement home gym. NPH: Truth be told, I also play “Hay Day” but will eventually make my way down to the gym. I like the elliptical and Tonal, which is a really cool digital weight machine.

WHEELS NPH: By the time the kids are done with piano, we’re all antsy to get out. All of us, including Gidget, head to Marcus Garvey Park near our house. It’s an extraordinary park and has contemporary art installations, an amphitheater and a dog park. Harper is into skateboarding. Or, they may ride their scooters. Gideon is super excited that he can now ride a two-wheel bike so biking is often on the agenda, too.

BROADWAY BOUND DB: We drop Gidget back at home and grab a quick lunch before heading out again. NPH: We may do something cultural with the kids like seeing a Broadway show. They’ve seen all the popular ones, including “Frozen” and “The Lion King.” We all loved “My Fair Lady,” especially Harper, and both of them sat through and loved the Harry Potter shows. Next, we’re planning on taking them to see “Pip’s Island,” which is an immersive show.

GLOBAL MENU DB: In the spring, one of our favorite outings is going to the farmers market on 79th Street. That morning, we’ll set the menu. I start by asking them where they want to go in the world that night. Is it Turkey, Greece, Thailand? At the market, I teach them how to pick the best vegetables and herbs for what we’re making.

SOUS CHEFS DB: The kids are usually tired and like to chill out with their iPads. I try to recruit them at some point when I’m making dinner whether it’s to stir or set the table or pick herbs. The last meal I made was roast chicken and cumin carrots with yogurt from my book. We also had potatoes.

THE RITUAL NPH: We’ll bathe the kids and get them in pajamas and have a family dinner. David doesn’t drink too much, but I may have wine. After eating, we go upstairs to our den. Gideon and Harper each pick out a couple of books from the shelf, and we settle into our big leather couch. We read to them until 7:30, and then they go to their rooms for bed under duress. Gideon can have trouble sleeping so we put on this meditation app called Headspace for him. Luckily, once they’re down, they don’t wake up again until the morning.

ADULTS ONLY DB: Neil and I will hang out and watch a show. The last one was “Game of Thrones.” I like to go to bed around 10. NPH: I stay up later and may do a bit of work or catch up on emails. This is my alone time, and I love it.

As actors and the parents of 8-year-old twins, Neil Patrick Harris and his husband, David Burtka, who is also a chef, know how to improvise. “There is no consistency to our routine except that we’re together and spending quality time with the kids,” said Burtka, 44.

Cooking? Yes. Kids? Yes. Consistency? No

She died last winter. “Now that Mom is gone, I am even more obsessed with the topic,” he said. Lugavere, 36, is working on his second book and also has a podcast, “The Genius Life.”

He lives with his brother Ben, 30, a software engineer, and his cat, Delilah, in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Manhattan. Their brother Andrew, 33, lives in the same building and works in sales.

WAKE UP, HYDRATE I’m up somewhere between 7 and 8. I don’t use an alarm clock. I go straight into the kitchen and drink a tall glass of room-temperature water. I may sprinkle a bit of mineral salt in it which replenishes electrolytes.

LIGHT, AIR Whether it’s winter or summer, I go out onto my terrace and do a few minutes of deep breathing, stretching and meditation. I’m a big believer in getting in natural light in the morning because it aligns my circadian rhythm for the day.

SCREEN TIME I’ll grab a cup of coffee that I’ve cold-brewed overnight and park myself in front of the computer to read the latest health related news. My go-to sites are EurekAlert, Twitter, Science Daily and The New York Times. I also come up with a new post for my Instagram. I do one post a day and try to make it as interesting as possible.

GET TO WORK I spend a good two hours working on my book. It’s all about how to live your best life and avoid cognitive decline through your diet and lifestyle.

PROTEIN AND GREENS At around 11, I’m finally ready to eat. At Eons, a fast casual Greek place in my neighborhood, I get a huge bowl of greens with grass-fed beef or chicken. I also add beets and drench it with extra-virgin olive oil. The quality of the food is incredible. If I don’t go to Eons, I make two or three fried eggs at home with a big bowl of greens on the side.

MOVE IT I like to get in some sort of activity every single day. I’m a member at Equinox, and I’ll go there and do a weight lifting routine. I may also do some high-intensity interval training like sprints on a bike or sets of boxing.

DAILY SAUNA Being in a sauna gives me a lot of energy, and I’ve done research on the health benefits including on how saunas potentially reduce the risk of dementia. I love the sauna at Life Time Fitness on 42nd Street, and I’ll go in for two or three half-hour intervals. I try to do this seven days a week. After the sauna, I take a plunge into the cold pool.

FUN WITH GROCERIES For most people, food shopping is a pain, but I love it and spend at least an hour at different grocery stores and farmers markets. I love Fairway, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and the farmers market on Second Avenue and 33rd street.

WRITING, ROUND TWO Back at home, I’m at the computer again. Writing a book takes real commitment and is a lot of sweat. Sometimes, I’ll spend an entire day finessing a sentence. Other times, I’ll get lucky, and the words will just come out.

THE FAMILY CHEF I always cook dinner for Ben, Andrew and me. My mom instilled an appreciation of cooking from when I was young. I love simple, nutrient-dense meals and follow a Mediterranean-style template that favors using the highest-quality ingredients and letting those dictate the flavor of the dishes. I’ll roast in-season vegetables with salt, pepper, garlic and extra-virgin olive oil. I’ll also roast a protein like a whole chicken, grass-fed steak or wild fish like salmon. I’ll toss together a leafy green salad and top it with extra-virgin olive oil.

BROTHERHOOD The three of us sit down to dinner around 7. We live in the same building but are so busy that dinners are the only time when we really connect. Ben and Andrew try to eat healthy like me, too, and seem to be happy with what I cook. Occasionally, we’ll open a bottle of red wine with our meal.

BLUE BLOCKERS All of us will clean up together, and then we’ll move to the couch to get our TV fix. We’re into “Game of Thrones” and also like this BBC show called “Killing Eve.” At some point, I’ll put on my blue blockers, which are glasses that block the blue light which TV’s, tablets and phones all emit. Ben and Andrew usually head to bed around midnight. I may do a little more writing and go to sleep myself.

NEW YORK — Max Lugavere is the author of “Genius Foods,” a bookabout optimizing brain function through diet. The subject became personal for him when his mother, Kathy, was given a diagnosis of dementia seven years ago, and he devoted himself to her care.

ALEC’S AGENDA: If we’re lucky, we get to sleep in until 6, but that’s only when Alec doesn’t scream from his room at 5 that he’s awake. I’m normally up at 5 during the week, so I’ll take any extra sleep I can get. Max and I have this ritual of grabbing coffee from the kitchen and going to Alec’s room to hear him talk. He tells us what he wants to do that day. Usually, it involves something with fire trucks.

CUDDLES: Somewhere around 6:30, while we’re still with Alec, we’ll hear Sandra getting up. We bring her in Alec’s room, and we put her in his crib with him and he hugs her. It’s so sweet.

NOT OVER OR EASY: We make eggs for the kids. Sandra likes boiled eggs with avocado, and Alec takes them scrambled with a smoothie. I usually eat what Sandra eats while Max may or may not eat. He’s into intermittent fasting.

OH OH DOMINO: Our family outing is always in the morning. We’ll get dressed, put the kids in their double-decker stroller and venture out. Pushing the stroller is a serious workout, and since we don’t get to the gym on Sundays, we count it as exercise. Domino Park, on the East River, is always on our agenda. It’s beautiful. They have lots of climbing equipment and great water views. It’s hard to get Alec to leave.

CRAVINGS: After the park, we’ll take a nice walk through the neighborhood so Max and I can get more steps in. We eventually end up at the Whole Foods and pick up groceries that we need for the rest of that day. Lately, we go because I’ve had pregnancy cravings. That means plantain chipsor cookies-and-cream ice cream.

LEFTOVERS: We’re home by noon in time for lunch. This is the meal when we use up whatever food is left in the fridge. All of us follow a paleo diet as much as possible. We want to eat unprocessed foods, but we’re also dairy friendly. We have ground beef or ground turkey mixed with onions, this really great cauliflower casserole that we make during the week and various kinds of vegetables, including yams and broccoli. Max and I graze and make little plates for the kids.

NAP, PREP: Alec religiously goes down for a nap between 1 and 1:30 and is out for two hours. Sandra sleeps, too, but only for 30 minutes. In that short window of time, Max and I work. He’s checking into his cases while I get onto email and text and catch up on news stories that we may be covering the next day. Michael and I have a thread going on and prep for our upcoming shows.

INSIDE PLAY: When Alec wakes up, he’s in full play mode. We want to get him tired again and play games like hide and seek. He’s also really into these tiles that stick together. I love them, too. You can use them to create all sorts of structures. While we’re playing, we have music playing. We love Bob Dylan, Queen and Talking Heads.

PETIT PALEOS: The kids eat their last meal for the day around 4:30. It could be more eggs or more ground meat. Another staple is Parmesan chips dipped in salsa and guac. We don’t let them drink juice. It’s either water or milk.

NIKKI FOR THE WIN: Max and I try to book a baby sitter on Sunday nights so can go out and have a civilized meal. We have this great baby sitter, Nikki, who Alec loves to play with. No matter what, we go to this restaurant down the street from us called Sweetwater. It’s a great comfort food spot with American and French dishes, and we’ve been regulars for six years. Max may drink a cocktail or an Aperol spritz. I drank spritzes when I wasn’t pregnant.

PJ’S, STAT: Since we go out early, we’re home by 7:30. Both the kids are sleeping or almost sleeping. Max usually heads to the computer to work. I can’t get into my pajamas fast enough and then settle into the couch and get ready for the next day’s show. The prep team sends Michael and I notes about what we’re covering, and I go through the topics and scripts for the interviews. We’ll both work for a few hours, and then I crawl into bed. I’m out like a light a little after 9. It’s going to be a busy week ahead.

For Sara Haines, family time before air time

Sara Haines is the co-host of “Strahan and Sara” on ABC, along with Michael Strahan. An alumnus of “The View” who grew up in Iowa, Haines, 41, now lives in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn with her husband, Max Shifrin, 36, a lawyer, and their two children, Alec Shifrin, 3, and Sandra Shifrin, 1. They are expecting a third child in July.

<h1>NEW YORK — Alyson Cambridge made her debut at the Metropolitan Opera in 2004 when she was 24. She has performed there regularly ever since while also appearing on European stages with the Polish National Opera and the Munich Philharmonic. </h1>

In 2018, Cambridge, 39, made her Broadway debut in the musical “Rocktopia” and released her third album, “Sisters in Song,” a collaboration with her longtime friend and colleague Nicole Cabell. The album is a mix of opera duets, classical songs and African-American spirituals. She lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

CAFFEINATE: On a typical Sunday off, I sleep till 10. As an opera singer, I perform late and don’t get home until midnight and am usually wide-awake. By the time I actually sleep, it’s 2 a.m., so 10 is not really sleeping in, but I like to get the day started. I can’t function without coffee so the first thing I do is make a giant pot and drink it in a big mug with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I watch “Meet the Press” while I sip.

TECH CHECK: Once I’ve woken up from the coffee, I’ll open up my laptop to check for new emails and reply to ones that I haven’t yet. I usually wake up to 40 to 50 emails, mostly from my agents, managers and voice coaches. Then, I check my Instagram account on my phone and my public Facebook page.

MILES AND MILES: I run between 6 and 10 miles a day, but on Sundays, I aim for 15. I go in Riverside Park and listen to my playlists, which are a mix of top hits, electronic dance music and songs from the British singer Alex Clare. I’m in such a zone that I don’t feel the time go by. I also people watch and take in the nature.

EGGS AND VINEGAR: Back at home, I’ll have more coffee and eat three boiled egg whites. They’re my standard breakfast. I also drink apple cider vinegar with lemon water. I swear by apple cider vinegar for digestion.

MEETINGS, FITTINGS: Inevitably, I have at least one meeting related to my job, and it tends to be in the early afternoon. I’ll often have to meet a designer for a fitting. I perform in concerts and galas throughout the fall and spring where I’m not in costumes but in dresses. In November, I did a solo concert at Carnegie Hall where I needed to wear a few dresses.

DO-RE-MI: It’s important to practice singing a little bit on Sundays. I like to keep my voice in shape, and it’s not ideal to go into a week of heavy rehearsals without some preparation. It keeps my vocal cords warm. I have a small practice room in my apartment.

GROUP GUAC: Luckily, I have a great group of friends in the city that I’ve made over the years. Most of them aren’t opera singers, and there are around eight of us. We all try to get together for a meal around 3 p.m. at one of our usual spots. Playa Betty’s is a favorite. We’ll get guacamole for the table, and I get the kale salad with quinoa and avocado. I’ll have them add grilled chicken to it. More than often, I’ll also order an unsweetened spicy margarita.

STROLL WITH LOLA: When we wrap up, typically around 5, I like to walk around the neighborhood. There are always interesting street fairs going on, and I like to pop into stores and just browse or window-shop. One of my friends, Lola, is usually with me. She’s a print model who is originally from Texas, and we get along like a house on fire.

SOLITUDE: I’m social and extroverted, but I’m around people all the time so I savor the chance to be alone. Sundays are often for that. I’ll grocery shop for the week at Fairway and spend the rest of the night at home. I’ll do an email and social-media check again and maybe watch some TV.

TABLE FOR ONE: Around 8, I’ll start cooking dinner for myself. I try to eat as clean as possible and avoid gluten, dairy and sugar so my meals are always healthy. I’ll make a salad and some blackened grilled salmon. I make my own dressing which is a mix of olive oil, lemon juice, a dash of an Italian seasoning blend and a dollop of hummus to give it creaminess. I set a nice table, but I can see the TV from it, and I’ll eat and watch at the same time. I’m a sucker for anything on Bravo or reality TV in general.

MOM AND DAD: I’ll call my parents, who live in Arlington, Virginia, and catch up with them for about an hour. Afterward, I may listen to music, watch more TV or look at my schedule and organize my week. I’m sleeping by midnight.

Charnas, 31, plans to attend New York Fashion Week, including those for Tom Ford, Khaite and Ralph Lauren. This means that her 1.1 million Instagram followers will get a glimpse of the runway world, too. She lives in the Flatiron district with her husband, Brandon Charnas, 33, who works in commercial real estate, and their two daughters, Ruby, 2, Esme, 8 months, and their Cavalier King Charles spaniel, Dylan.

15 MINUTES OF PEACE: No matter the day of the week, Brandon and I wake up at 7. We don’t hear Ruby and Esme stirring until 7:15, and it’s nice to have a few minutes alone to get ourselves together and make some coffee. Once Esme starts crying, I go get her while Brandon gets Ruby.

BAGEL DELIVERY: We are big breakfast people and all sit around our kitchen table and eat a proper meal. I order plain bagels from Tal Bagels, which I can’t get enough of, through Postmates a couple times a week, and Ruby and I will often eat those with cream cheese. Brandon usually makes scrambled eggs with peppers and onions. I’ll often purée some fresh fruit for Esme.

VIDEO-PERFECT: It doesn’t always happen, but I try to get in a morning workout. Luckily, we have a gym in our building, and I’ll go there to meet my trainer Megan Roup, who I have been seeing for two years. It’s a 45-minute session, and we’ll do 15 minutes of toning and 30 minutes of a choreographed dance workout. I film these routines and post them on my Instagram so we’ll do them over and over again until they’re good enough to post.

SUNDAYS IN THE PARK: Unless it’s snowing or raining, we’ll all head out to one of the several parks around us and spend a couple of hours there. Ruby goes on the swings and slides, and Esme goes on the baby swing. She’s also into watching the big kids play.

THREE GENERATIONS: Brandon’s parents live on the Upper East Side and come downtown to meet us for Sunday lunch. There are so many great places around us, and it’s hard to pick a spot sometimes. Shake Shack is an easy go-to. Sadelle’s is another favorite. I may eat a bagel again because I am obsessed with them or will get their French toast or one of their salads. I am very very close to my in-laws. They’re so caring and helpful with the kids, and it’s always fun to be with them.

SIESTA: After lunch, we head back to the apartment. Ruby will sleep for an hour and a half, and Esme will sleep for three hours. Brandon’s parents will come home with us, and we hang out on the couch and talk some more. Or we may watch a movie, or Brandon and his dad will watch football.

PLAY: Ruby wakes up around 2:30 and is ready to play. She loves playing with Dylan and can’t enough of anything Barbie. She’s also into art, and I’ll sometimes set up her easel for her so she can paint or color. When Esme wakes up, she plays with Dylan, too, or will watch Ruby play.

DINNER: Occasionally, I find the time to cook, but more often than not, we end up going out to a nearby restaurant. Our favorite is this Greek place Periyali. I get the Greek salad and chicken skewers. We also both get a glass of red wine.

COOKIE, TUB, BED: Ruby will have a warm chocolate-chip cookie that we bake using premade dough, and then I give them both a bath. Ruby brings all her Barbies into the tub, and Esme hangs out in her bath chair. She goes to sleep around 7, and Ruby gets into bed with me and watches a cartoon or other kids’ movie.

SECRET SAUCE: With the girls down, Brandon and I climb into bed and watch hours of TV. We love murder mysteries and Marvel movies like “The Avengers.” It sounds strange, but our late-night snack is this chopped salad that our housekeeper makes during the week. It has lettuce, peppers and cucumbers, and Brandon adds in turkey and cheese and whips up this incredible dressing to throw on top. I’ve asked him what’s in it, but he is shady about the recipe. We watch until I fall sleep, which is around 11.
