Ghanaians on social media have expressed mixed reactions towards the arrival of the country's vice president after 12 days of medical leave in the UK.

Dr Bawumia went to the UK on Friday (January 19, 2018) for a better medical check-up after he reported ill at work but he is back now.

Officials have refused to disclose what he was being treated for.

The vice president, walked unaided from the plane after landing in the Ghanaian capital, Accra.  He was greeted by an entourage from the presdiency.
