The 52-year-old was caught on a speed camera travelling at 60mph in a 50mph zone on the A3 Esher bypass, in Surrey, in September 2014.
Mourinho was ordered to pay a fine of £910 at a hearing at Staines Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, June 10.
The Portuguese was not present in court and has also been asked to pay a £75 surcharge and £85 court costs.
It seems Mourinho is a regular defaulter as he already had nine points prior to this overspeeding incident.
His latest offence pushes him over the maximum number of points to trigger the ban.
Mourinho it could be recalled was arrested during his first stint as Chelsea manager after stopped police from taking his dog into quarantine.
