Edem, Ras Kuuku, Captain Planet, others deny receiving cash for Ebony’s tribute concert

Some musicians have come out fully to deny receiving performance fees from Bullet for Ebony's tribute concert.

This comes after the father of the “Maame Hw3” hitmaker, Nana Poku Kwarteng, went on two TV stations on Wednesday, August 15, to name nine musicians who allegedly collected fees for their performances at the Accra International Trade Fair Centre on March 23.

But, some musicians named on the list have come out to deny the claim.

Reggae/Dancehall musician Ras Kuuku was the first artiste to react to the claims via Twitter saying: “I didn't take any money. Ebony's father must take my name out.”

Rapper Edem reacted to this issue via Instagram, condemning the two parties for failing to settle their differences amicably.
