Andre Ayew was crowned Swansea City’s Best Newcomer of the season to add to the joint-top scorers award for scoring 11 goals in the league during the club’s awards on Tuesday.
He believes scoring on his debut against the champions was great and he would always score when the opportunity comes his way.
"To score on my debut at the home of the champions [Chelsea] was a great moment for me," the midfielder told Walesonline.co.uk after receiving the awards.
"I’m not really a striker but if I have the chance to score I will. People in this team try to help and that helps you adapt,"
