Former One Direction star, Zayn Malik is shading Taylor Swift on Twitter after his recent post on Monday, August, 17, sided Miley Cyrus against the 'Bad Blood' hit-maker.
Malik retweeted a post by the Twitter account 'Bitch Problems' that said, ''the difference is astounding,'' and featured images of Swift and Cyrus. Next to Swift's picture was a quote she said about why she removed her music from streaming on Spotify. The quote read: ''[People] can still listen to my music if they get it on iTunes. Iâm always up for trying something. And I tried it and I didnât like the way it felt. I think there should be an inherent value placed on art.â
And next to Cyrusâ picture, there was a statement the singer made regarding her Happy Hippie Foundation, reading: âIâve made my money. If no one buys my album, cool. Itâs fine. Iâve got a house, and Iâve got dogs that I love. I donât need anything else.â
Clearly, the tweet was trying to call out Swift for focusing on making money, while praising Cyrus for saying she doesnât necessarily care about profits. Even though Malik didnât directly comment on the post, his retweet once again spoke volumes.
Malik has been accused of shading his ex, Perrie Edwards this weekend when he indirectly said Fifth Harmonyâs song âWorth Itâ is better than Little Mixâs âBlack Magic' (where Pierree is member). The drama began when Twitter user Shady Music Facts posted, âWhich is the better single? Retweet â âWorth Itâ by Fifth Harmony. Favorite â âBlack Magicâ by Little Mix.â Malik retweeted the post, causing the hashtag ''#ZaynHasNoChill'' to trend.
And, now it seems Malik still has no chill. TELL US: What do you think of Malik using Twitter to subtly call out Swift?
