Salmon and tuna are both fish that are rich in Omega 3’s and other fatty acids that are great for relaxing the muscles in your #body, which may decrease the severity of your cramps. Try a nice tuna roll from your local sushi restaurant, or try grilling up some salmon yourself at home.

While there is some debate on this as chocolate contains caffeine and is loaded with sugar, chocolate also contains magnesium, a nutrient that gets depleted whilst on your cycle. Go ahead and have a little, the darker the better, since chocolate has been scientifically proven to release serotonin, that feel good chemical you love so much. Moderation is the key here as too much chocolate (especially milk chocolate) can lead to unwanted #weight gain and bloating.

Rapper visits Meek Mill in prison

Lil Mama was reportedly arrested in New York City for driving with a suspended license, yesterday March 10.

According to TMZ, the 'Lip Gloss' rapper was pulled over in Harlem  just around 4 a.m on Thursday after being clocked as speeding 10 miles over the speed limit. Sources at the New York Police Department say she was doing 38 in a 25.

The site claims when the rapper and actress handed her license over to the officer, he found that it had been revoked, thus her arrest! Sources tell the site her license was revoked for failure to pay a ticket.

No other details have been released about the arrest, but Lil Mama has released a statement [March 11] saying:

My actions do not in any way reflect who I am as a person. As I move forward, I have learned a valuable lesson and understand the consequences for my actions which resulted in my arrest. I appreciate the support and the concern for my well being during this time. I have worked very hard, and I would like to continue to be a role model for young women and men. With that being said, I accept full responsibility for my actions and will take the necessary measures to have this quickly resolved and corrected."

The 'Lip Gloss' rapper was pulled over in Harlem  just around 4 a.m on March 10 after being spotted as speeding 10 miles over the speed limit.

When the paparazzi caught up with the 'Gotham' star at the Los Angeles International airport on Saturday, March 5, and asked how she felt about Rock's "diss" she replied: "It comes with the territory, sweetheart. Hey look, it comes with the territory but we gotta keep it moving. We gotta keep it moving. We gotta keep it moving. There's a lot of stuff we gotta handle, a lot of stuff in our world right now. We gotta keep it moving."

The East African beauty revealed to us that the BET Award winner doesn't just make Tanzania proud but he's also an "awesome" human being.

"He's just awesome, just awesome," she gushed to Pulse TV. "That world could define him. He's a package, he's an entertainer. He's a singer. He's a good-hearted person. He's the package. He's everything.  We're so proud of him."

Michael , who looked dashing in a pale pink sheer dress at the movie event in Lagos, further admitted to us she doesn't mean to "kill" the Nigerian men with her sexiness.

When asked what she thinks about Tanzanian films not probably given as much attention as Nigerian films, Elizabeth replied: " I'm not so sure… I've never been nominated this is my first time. But I think this is a good start."

When asked if she thought she would score a nomination for her nominated film, 'Mapenzi', she replied "sure, that’s why I'm here."  But when asked if she's sure to win, she said, "Actually I am not sure… but I am hoping for the best."

Life &amp; Style magazine reports that Rancic is not happy that the <a href="http://pulse.ng/celebrities/nene-leakes-reality-star-quits-real-housewives-of-atlanta-id3922403.html" id="cb44162b-bc25-59a9-9a0b-33d23e259900">former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star</a> got the show's gig. Leakes joined the E! fashion show in January as a special co-host for 2016.

"Giuliana gave NeNe a very icy reception during her first appearance… NeNe felt like Giuliana was being catty towards her," a source told the site.

However, Gossip Cop reports that nothing about the tabloid’s story is the least bit true, and the magazine is simply trying to pit two women against each other for the sake of stirring up drama where none exists.

The 'Kocktails With Khloe' host recently admitted in a radio interview that Harden was a "great" boyfriend, so its strange she left him. Now, we can’t help but wonder — will she and estranged husband, Lamar finally reconcile?.

Marco Anthony is now the latest Latino star to slam Donald Trump.

Jennifer Lopez's ex husband yelled "F**k Donald Trump" at the end of his soldout concert at Madison Square Garden in New York on Saturday night [February 6].

The singer, who’s proud to be Latino, slammed the Republican presidential candidate for his views on immigrants. As we previously reported, when announcing his candidacy, Trump said Mexico was sending the U.S. its rapists and criminals.

As the singer was wrapping up his show, he told the audience he wanted to tell them a few things. "I’m proud to be f**kin’ Puerto Rican,” said Anthony. He added that he’s also proud to be a "Latino in the United States of America.”After that, Anthony looked out into the crowd and noted that he saw flags from Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Colombia, and Mexico. “We’re all proud of our culture,” he said to his enthusiastic fans.

While pointing out how different Central and South American countries "speak a little differently" and have their “own food,” Anthony stressed, “No matter where you come from, we’re Latinos. We have to take care our ourselves.” And with that, Anthony paused before saying in increasing volume, “What I want to say is before I leave is f**k Donald Trump!” The audience not only let out a deafening cheer in support, but also gave the singer a standing ovation. “I want him to hear it in his house. Wake that motherf**ker up,” yelled Anthony before launching into a final song.
