WAFA win 7th game running, Tema Youth edge Olympics

Komla Agbeniagdan scored a brace as WAFA defeated Liberty Professionals 2-1, while Tema Youth edged Olympics 2-1.

Komla Agbeniagdan scored in each half of the game, the trusted skipper for Liberty Professionals, Samuel Sarfo registered the consolation goal for the Scientific Soccer Soccer lads.

The win was WAFA’s seventh consecutive win of the season and are sitting comfortably on top of the league ladder.

Meanwhile, Tema Youth earned a 2-1 win over Gt. Olympics at the Tema Sports Stadium on Wednesday.

Malik Antri started the scoring, before Abel Manomey restored parity for the visitors, with James Akaminko scoring the match winner for the Tema boys
