A 44-year-old woman, Elaine Goodman, has been dragged to a Delaware, USA court, on third-degree and fourth-degree rape charges, after she was accused of seducing and having sex with her 13-year-old daughter's underage boyfriend who is also 13, Daily Mail reports.
Police say that Goodman, a single mother, allegedly had sex with the boy after grooming him by sending him lurid and erotic text messages.
She also faces two counts of second-degree unlawful sexual contact and sexual solicitation of a child.
According to the prosecutors, the Smyrna Police Department received a report in March alleging an inappropriate relationship between Goodman and the 13-year-old and investigations showed she had contacted the school boy via text message and met up with him to have sex on the night of March 15.

Goodman was committed to Delores J. Baylor Women's Correctional Center in lieu of a $225,000 secured bond payment.
