Ghanaian actor and digital creator Father Ankrah says TikTok may make you go viral, but it won’t make you rich—highlighting YouTube and Facebook as the only platforms that pay creators in Ghana.
Method
Wash cucumber, celery, apple and kale leaves with running water.
Cut cucumber, celery and apple into pieces.
Pour 1 cup of water into a blender jar, add celery, ginger, apple, cucumber and blend.
Add kale leaves and lemon.
Blend again.
Strain the fruit puree through a clean mesh.
Gently press with clean spatula to get maximum juice of the pulp and discard the remains.
