Things are getting spooky as Halloween draws near. Dr. Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper has some spooky new pimples coming through her office. In her latest Instagram video, the doctor is tackling some spooky cysts. (Just wait and see what Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes out of these buggers.)

These cysts are rare vellus hair cysts. Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the latest Instagram video: "Its that Spooky time of year again, Popaholics and Eruptive Vellus Hair Cysts are lurking just below the surface! "

The video shows a truly chilling pop. Dr. Pimple Popper knows how to get everyone in the Halloween mood. She works hard for this pop, squeezing and using all her tools. Dr. Pimple Popper starts out with a scalpel, and uses it to really get into the stubborn cysts. She squeezes and slices simultaneously to get everything out of the cysts.

Dr. Pimple Popper finally gets a good squeeze and out pops a white clump of goo that looks a lot like a little bug or grub. (FYI: The white gunk in the cyst is actually keratin, which is a major component of skin and hair.)

She uses the same scalpel and squeeze technique on another cyst nearby. This one erupts with a blob of yellow goo. Dr. Pimple Popper's fans were seriously impressed. One commenter shared, "It's like striking gold underneath the crevices."

Dr. Pimple Popper is right, these are some spooky cysts and the perfect way to get in the Halloween mood.
