In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper is tackling a massive blackhead in a sensitive location. The blackhead, which is so big it has leveled up to dilated pore of Winer, is on one of her patient's earlobes. Dr. Pimple Popper captioned her clip: "Is that a special edition pop earring or a blackhead?! #drpimplepopper"

This blackhead is basically impossible to miss, it looks like a stud earring lodged in the skin. But, Dr. Pimple Popper makes extracting it look oh so easy. She uses her comedone extractor tool and presses on the blackhead. One press and out pops a solid black nugget from under the skin.
