Fact: Jessica Alba , 38, has ridiculously gorgeous skin . And if you've been wondering how exactly she maintains such a glowing and smooth complexion (@me), well, she just shared her full skincare routine in a new video interview that goes into step-by-step detail.

In the interview, which for British Vogue , the L.A.'s Finest star breaks down everything she uses, from cleansers to serums. But she also swears by one particular skincare tool: a beauty roller.

"One last piece of the puzzle to get the circulation going, is I like to use this tool," Jessica says, as she uses a purple roller pretty fast all over her face and neck. "I dont really know if Im doing it right, but I feel like I might be."

Jessica says she feels like the tool "gives you those cheekbones" and helps "get rid of that double chin you dont want." She adds, "It gets all that blood circulating." (Btw, the fact that she can hold a conversation while whipping that thing all over her face is pretty impressive.)

Thats not the only cool tool Jessica uses. She also uses a face-contouring machine (that she says basically gives your face a hickey) when she feels rundown or needs a refresh. "Like, [when] Im retaining a lot of fluid, too much salt, too much booze, not sleeping enough. Pretty much sounds like me, every day!" she says.
