A 78-year-old landlord, Appiah Danquah has given the Inspector General of Police (IGP) a grace period between now and the middle of October this year to settle rent owed him by four police officers at Asokore Mampong or he will invoke the fury of all the gods in Ghana to kill the said officers.
Mr. Danquah warned that if the IGP fails to settle the arrears as ordered by the court by October 15, he would have no option left, but to invoke all the gods in Ghana, including Antoa, to kill all the police personnel occupying the building and then use their family members as thanks offering to the gods.

He said in an interview with The Mirror that, “Instead of the police being law enforcers, they have rather become the lawbreakers.”
