His current physique is a complete departure from the one seen years ago, and that can only be attributed to his hard work.

Ronaldo was at it once again by flaunting his body – with his six packs showing – in a photo posted on his Twitter page.
The former Manchester United star stood in front of a mirror with his abs showing on one side, and accompanied it with the caption: “Eyes are the mirror of the soul”.
