<p>The love life of Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (a.k.a. <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/life/a28213019/lady-gaga-green-day-tshirt-nyc/" id="fcd509e9-18ff-3573-a0ad-d58cf313cfe0">  Lady Gaga </a> ) has always been in the spotlight. From breakups to makeups, her relationships are always making the news. Case in point: The pop star basically broke the internet when it was revealed that she was dating investor and entrepreneur <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/relationships/a30752425/lady-gaga-michael-polansky-boyfriend/" id="3ff1347b-0595-3b6d-acc5-79a0d514910d">  Michael Polansky </a> .</p>

<p>With her new album Chromatica dropping on May 29, he may have even inspired some of Gaga's songs like, say, "Stupid Love." </p>

<p>But before Polansky, the singer and actress has been linked with many leading men over the years, while some might be considered "Bad Romance," others were true love, at least at the time. Here's a look back at the men who've gone gaga for Gaga:</p>

<h1> March 2020: Lady Gaga shares she's been in quarantine with boyfriend Michael Polansky.  </h1>

<p>Gaga shared a cute Instagram of <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/relationships/a31738222/lady-gaga-boyfriend-michael-polansky-self-quarantine/" id="8980c2fa-c005-377b-a8fe-dbcbc652308b">  the two cuddled up on "Day 6" of quarantine </a> back in March.</p>

<p>"Day 6 of self-quarantining! Going strong, playing video games and cards, and taking care of ourselves. Important reminder: keep your mind as stress free as possible and your body moving. #selflove #selfcare #bekind try not to pass it in case you have it #corona its ok and so wonderful to stay home if you can! What a kind act for the world ," she captioned her post. </p>

<p>Since then, she's shared another photo of them staying at home together, the latest before her One World fundraiser in April 2020.</p>

<p>"With some of my co-fundraisers @booconnor @michaelpolansky #oneworld #togetherathome Miss you @wanaynay our other co-fundraiser and producer and missing our other co-fundraisers @who &amp; @glblctzn," she captioned her post.</p>

<h1> February 2020: Gaga goes Instagram official with Michael. </h1>

<p>The <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/fitness/a31153186/lady-gaga-abs-stupid-love-music-video/" id="f66fb6b9-8ab9-3a94-af41-5637104f99d4">  "Stupid Love" singer </a> made her newest relationship offish with a pic from the Super Bowl. Besides being an investor and entrepreneur, Michael is a Harvard graduate who runs the Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy, which was created by Facebook co-founder Sean Parker (a.k.a. the guy played by Justin Timberlake in The Social Network). He's also the CEO of the Parker Group, the umbrella organization for Parkers charitable and business initiatives, which includes the cancer immunotherapy institute.</p>

<p>"We had so much fun in Miami. Love to all my little monsters and fans, youre the best! " she captioned her post.</p>

<p>The couple also spent a low-key Valentine's Day together later that month.</p>

<p>"Happy Valentines Day!! 'Babe, do I have lipstick all-over me?' #valentines happy v-day to all my monsters!!! I love you!!! ," Gaga captioned her post.</p>

<h1> July 2019 to October 2019: Gaga dated audio engineer   Daniel Horton  . </h1>

<p>The superstar was spotted locking lips with audio engineer Daniel Horton in L.A. back in July 2019, according to very unsubtle photos published by <a href="https://people.com/music/lady-gaga-kisses-dan-horton-brunch-date-los-angeles/" id="cfd9e763-2be1-36a4-a2ac-7b4111ac74dd">  People </a> . However, the pair <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/relationships/a29562500/lady-gaga-dan-horton-breakup/" id="c73bf498-8203-3ded-aaab-d37aa8dabdba">  broke up </a> in October 2019, and it was rumored it was because he "was not mature enough for her," per <a href="https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/why-lady-gaga-split-from-audio-engineer-dan-horton/" id="3aa8247c-93d9-3dc3-a440-1bcb943c3706">  Us Weekly </a> .</p>

<p>On Jan. 28, 2017 the budding couple were spotted together, along with plenty of PDA, at a Kings of Leon concert. Gaga was also cuddling with the agent on the Super Bowl LI field. They dated for two years, and got engaged, before splitting in early 2019.</p>

<p>Just a few days before the Oscars, Lady Gaga and Christian split. Gaga won Golden Globe and Grammy awards, but left her engagement ring behind. It just didnt work out. Relationships sometimes end, a source told <a href="https://people.com/music/lady-gaga-christian-carino-split/" id="36681b94-f306-3425-a91c-2373dcdb4ee7">  People </a> . Theres no long dramatic story. It always seemed Christian was more into the relationship than Gaga was.</p>

<p>On March 27, Sarah posted a sweet video on Instagram with Wells answering tons of questions about their relationship in the viral #coupleschallenge. Fans learned that Wells initiated their first kiss, and that Sarah is more stubborn.</p>

<p>Sarah also used an electric razor to give Wells a haircut that was documented on the couple's Instagram Stories, which turned out pretty well even though Sarah had never attempted to cut a guy's hair before. </p>

But Sarah had been pretty open about her hard-core crush on Wells since the second she saw him on JoJo Fletcher's season of The Bachelorette in 2016.</p>

<p>Of their interaction, Wells told the publication: "The internetits amazing. Im amazed how smart the internet is. Because I just assume everyone on Twitter is an idiot, and then Im like, 'Wow!'"</p>

<p>But social media flirting didn't immediately turn into a relationship IRL. At the time, Wells, host of Your Favorite Thing podcast with Brandi Cyrus (Miley's sister), was living in Nashville, and Sarah, who most notably starred in Modern Family, was in Los Angeles. </p>

<p>The actress shared: "Have you seen those memes of Slide Into the DMs? That. He slid into my DMs." The bold move worked. "I was single, obviously, and was like, This is really awesome. Youre being very forward and its sexy and not aggressive, but very confident and sexy, and I liked that."</p>

<h1> August 2018: Sarah and Wells moved in together.  </h1>

<p>After nearly a year of dating, Wells relocated from Nashville to Los Angeles to be with Sarah. </p>

<h1> December 2018: Wells called Sarah a "real-life" Wonder Woman amid health issues. </h1>

Oh, and throw in filming the funniest show on TV and executive producing and starring in a movie and never breaking down. Never losing it. I know Gal Gadot is Wonder Woman on film, but Sarah is the real-life version.</p>

<h1> July 16, 2019: Wells and Sarah announced their engagement on Instagram. </h1>

<p>Perhaps inspired by all the love on <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/life/g28919750/bachelor-in-paradise-couples/" id="86737245-161e-3239-a377-24caadda4d32">  Bachelor in Paradise </a> , Wells popped the question on the beach during a vacation in Fiji. Both fiancs shared the good news on their respective Instagram accounts, and tbh, their captions couldn't be cuter.</p>

<p>"That can't eat, can't sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, world series kind of stuff @wellsadams," Sarah wrote, referencing a line from the #iconic '90s film It Takes Two (starring Mary-Kate and Ashley, just in case you forgot).</p>

<p>Not to be outdone, Wells said, "Ill be Johnny, you be June. But forever. - Drew Holcomb &amp; The Neighbors."</p>

<h1> October 27, 2019: They threw a themed engagement party with all their friends. </h1>

<p>Sarah and Wells celebrated their engagement with tacos, tequila, and all their star friends. Insatiable star Debby Ryan, Pretty Little Liars star Chloe Bridges, several of Sarah's Modern Family co-stars, and many more attended the fancy fiesta.</p>

<h1> November 2019: Sarah and Wells traveled to France. </h1>

<h1> April 2020: Sarah opened up about their love story with Cosmopolitan. </h1>

<p>The May 2020 cover star of <a href="https://www.cosmopolitan.com/entertainment/celebs/a31667187/sarah-hyland-cosmopolitan-cover-interview-may-2020/" id="8f3dec5d-7b8d-3fb3-a3db-acda6693147b">  Cosmo </a> , Sarah shared with the publication more details about how their relationship began. She revealed that they went on all of two dates before she had to undergo her second kidney transplant, but Wells flew from Nashville to L.A. to see her on weekends while she was in recovery, even though all her family was there. And she says a month into dating, they told each other they were falling in love.</p>

<p>"I asked him when he was going to ask me to be his girlfriend," she said. "Im impatient."</p>

News </a> that Bachelor host Chris Harrison did offer to officiate, but Wells turned him down.
