Nana Akua, however, took a step back even going mute on her Instagram page.

Despite having started gearing up for 2019 with a series of photos featuring a security personnel in the background, the conversation around one of Ghana’s most influential fashion icons in recent times has focused on her boobs in recent photos.

Fans and critics are deliberating on whether Nana Akua Addo has a new look in her chest region for her new photos as compared to her old photos. Many claim the fashion star has had breast implants.

“No, I haven’t done a boob job,” Nana Akua Addo confirmed to Pulse.com.gh.

“There’s too much education we need to do about these things. We have proper undergarments and background knowledge that make these things work.”

“It doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve gone for a surgery,” she added.

“I won’t stop doing this. There’s so much education we need to do and we need to learn. We are still learning.

“Before, they said I’ve done an ass surgery. They said I’ve done a waist surgery but when you see me, you’ll actually know I haven’t. Just let them talk,” Nana Akua said.

With fans wanting more of Nana Akua Addo’s fashion, the icon is not fazed by the rumours. Having gone on a low key for some time, she plans to come back with a bang.

Notwithstanding,  Nana Akua Addo is still sticking to her timeline and not going by the pressure around.

The First Lady of the United States of America, Melania Trump visited Ghana on Tuesday, October 2, 2018; her first visit abroad alone since her husband, Donald Trump took over as the president of the US.

Mrs Trump visited the Ridge Hospital in Accra (Greater Accra Region of Ghana) where she interacted with mothers and babies in their unit.

In the company of Ghana’s First Lady, Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo, Melania cuddled some babies at the hospital putting smiles on the faces of mothers. The two donated a phototherapy machine and some baby items to the patients at the Ridge Hospital.

Melania Trump’s second day in Ghana started with a visit to the Emintsimadze Palace where she sought permission from the king to visit his land.

The First Lady later toured the Cape Coast Castle mostly known as a key landmark for slavery in Ghana.

“This is a very special place, I will never forget;” America’s First Lady told reporters at the Cape Coast Castle.

“The dungeon is really something that people should see and experience. And what happened so many years ago is really a tragedy,” Melania adds.
