Black Stars destiny is in Muntari’s hands: Kweku Bonsam

Renowned fetish priest, Kweku Bonsam says Ghana can only end their 35 years without a continental trophy if they recall Sulley Muntari into the Black Stars

Muntari is yet to earn an invitation to the Black Stars since, the 2014 FIFA World Cup fiasco, after the 32-year-old and Kevin Prince Boateng were thrown out of the Black Stars camp for indecent act amidst issues of players’ agitation over the delay in the payment of appearance fees.

Sulley Muntari rendered apology last year for his actions in Brazil 2014, yet still he has been overlooked in the selection of players to represent Ghana.

And Kweku Bonsam says until Ghana decide to include the former Inter Milan and AC Milan midfielder in the Black Stars the Black Stars will continue to miss the AFCON title, which has eluded the nation since 1982 in Libya.

“Sulley himself has come out to apologize to the whole nation, so any kind of adversity he has caused the team and Ghanaians, should be forgiving and call him back into the national team, because he is one person that when being used as a prayer tool for the national team, it works to perfection, so no matter what he has caused the team, Ghanaians must forgive him, as well as the handlers of the national team and call him back into the team.

“I know Ghanaian’s will definitely raise insults on me, but I don’t care because progress of the black stars is the most important thing. Why don’t we put thing in its right positioning in order to help us all as nation, we just have to put certain thing behind and move on, I know we are all in great pain after we were beaten by Egypt but the only way to the national team’s greatness is to call Muntari back into the team,” Kwaku Bonsam added.

Sulley Ali Munatri was handed an indefinite ban for an unprovoked physical attack on Black Stars management member, Moses Armah at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil, but he later apologized for his actions.

The midfielder is currently playing for Serie A side Pescara but yet to feature in a league game.

Meanwhile Ghana will be playing Congo DR on Sunday in the quarter finals stage of the 2017 AFCON.
