Sir Christopher Lee has died aged 93.

The Lord of the Rings legend, who also appeared in Stars Wars, passed away at 8.30am on Sunday at London’s Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, sources close to his family told the Telegraph.
The star – who played Saruman in the Lord of the Rings film franchise – was said to have been treated at the hospital for respiratory problems and heart failure in the last 3 weeks.
Apparently, his wife, Lady Lee opted to delay the news of his death until family members were told.
Lee became a star thanks to his role as Dracula before starring in Lord of the Rings and as one of the great Bond villains.
