Prosecutors insist his bail be set at $25 million

Looks like the law of Karma just hit hard on Marion 'Suge' Khights door after prosecutors demanded a judge to set his bail at $25 million on Thursday, March 19.

The law-makers claim the former rap icon has extorted millions from other rappers in recent years.

Deputy Attorney Cynthia Barnes filed the motion citing 31 incident in which Mr. Knight is accused of threatening others or using violence since 2004.

She also claimed the rapper made threats about the upcoming film 'Straight Outta Compton'.

Barnes' motion also covered Knights alleged involvement in money-laundering and extortion schemes targeting established and rising rappers in recent years which sums up to $10 million.

The Death Row Records co-founder is billed to appear in a Los Angeles court on Friday [March 20] for a hearing regarding his bail.

He is being held without bail on three charges including murder, attempted murder and hit-and-run charges filed after he struck two men, killing one of them, with his truck during a fight in a Compton, California, parking lot in late January.

Knight has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
