Another day, another celebrity vowing to leave the US if "nightmare" candidate Donald Trump becomes president.

Trump has had major victories in the Republican primaries, winning in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Vermont and Virginia this week.

But, US musician Miley Cyrus has shared her disgust of Trump on social media.

She posted a photo of him on Instagram, calling him a “f**king nightmare."

On seeing recent primary voting results in progress, with Trump in the lead by a large margin, Cyrus wrote she was going to vomit and “move out da country” with the tag “#aintapartyindausaanymo".

As an advocate for animal rights, she also posted photo of a Trump supporter with dead animals she had hunted.

Cyrus took a photo of herself crying, and wrote, "Yes. That is a tear rolling down my cheek dripping off the end of my nose..... This makes me so unbelievable scared and sad.... Not only for our country but for animals that I love more than anything in this world.... My heart is broken into a 100000 pieces ..... I think I may vomit ...."

She wrote that Trump thought he was a God, and everyone else "jam between his rich ass toes".

A number of celebrities have vowed to leave the US if Trump wins the general election this year.

Former host of The View Rosie O'Donnell, actors Samuel L. Jackson and Omari Hardwick and comedian Eddie Griffin have all said they will leave the States if Trump wins, as has civil rights activist the Rev. Al Sharpton.

While Jon Stewart, who used to host the Daily Show,  said he'd only be safe from Trump if he could move to another planet, something musician Cher agreed with, tweeting that if Trump wins, she'll move to Jupiter.
