Top 10 most played Ghanaian songs on SoundCloud in 2017

2017 has been productive for most mainstream and some up and coming musicians who used the internet for good.

SoundCloud, an online audio distribution platform that enables its users to upload, record, promote, and share their originally-created sounds was one of the promotion tools most Ghanaian artistes used this year.

Unlike iTunes, SoundCloud is more accessible to people who don’t have Apple products so Ghanaian artistes took the advantage to explore their distribution horizons.

From Sista Afia's "Jeje"to R2Bees' "One Shot", Ghanaian musicians have got loads of streams on SoundCloud this year and it’s great to share with you.

Pulse Ghana’s entertainment editor, David Mawuli, has compiled the list of most played Ghanaian sounds on SoundCloud in 2017 in descending order.

PS: The figures were taken from artistes and popular users’ accounts. Streaming figures from other accounts aside from the main ones were not added, the reason being that David Mawuli could not trace all of them. The streaming figures were compiled as of Friday, December 8, 2017.
