Husband surprises doctor wife with birthday cake shaped like 'COVID-19'

A husband had a prime idea to surprise his wife on her birthday. He decided to order a cake shaped like one of her most favorite things.

The birthday cake he got made up for his wife, Dr. Augustina Angelina Sylverken, who is a doctor at the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research in Tropical Medicines and the design of the cake was a complete replica of the Coronavirus.

The birthday cake was presented by Dr. Justice Sylverken of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and Department of Theoretical and Applied Biology of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology to his wife.
