Fried peppered sauce
Assorted vegetables, chopped
Peel yam, cut into cubes and wash twice.
Add water and sprinkle seasoning cubes unto the yam.
Heat oil and add yam. Add small quantity of yam.
Fry until golden brown.
Peel plantain and cut into cubes.
Wash in salt water and fry until golden brown.
Allow peppered sauce to cook for 3- 5 minutes and add the vegetables.
Stir well and add the fried yam and plaintain.
Reduce the heat and it simmer for 3-5 minutes while you stir
