Kai was born with 50% hearing loss in one ear and 65% in the other, leaving her half deaf since birth. She never experienced some of the things many of us take for granted, like hearing her own voice properly or the actual sound of her parent's voices. However, this was all about to change for the little girl with help from some amazing technology.
